Jeff Bartell (MFA 2012), Daniel Buckley (MFA 2012), Zach Kaiser (MFA 2013), and Gabi Schaffzin (MFA 2013) submitted proposals to the SXSW 2013 Panel Picker. Daniel Buckley (MFA 2012) curated the show New Spins, a collection of visual re-interpretations of album artwork by 25 local artsists, for the Lincoln Arts Project Gallery in Waltham, MA.

Scott Murray (MFA 2010) has joined the Department of Art + Architecture of the University of San Francisco as an Assistant Professor of Design.

Alex Reben (MFA 2013) will be speaking on The Inseparability of Art and Technology at Art and Technology New England on October 24 at 7:30 p.m. Alex’s Afrobot robot was winner in the African Robotics Network (AFRON) ”10 Dollar Robot” Design Challenge. Alex has also posted videos of his recent Introduction to Arduino and Processing lecture on YouTube.

David Tamés (MFA 2011) was awarded an LEF Moving Image Fund grant to support his new documentary film Abattoir Rising.
